As Managing Director, Zack leads on strategic, operational and organisational aspects of Inclusive Peace’s work in conjunction with Inclusive Peace’s management and leadership teams.

Prior to joining Inclusive Peace in February 2023, Zack spent 15 years (2006-2021) in the United Nations system at the crossroads of political and organisational management spanning work in four continents and more than 50 countries with particularly deep experience in Afghanistan, the Balkans, Belarus, Georgia, Liberia, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Somalia, Turkey and Ukraine. Between 2021 and 2023, Zack worked with FIFA on executive leadership and organisational transformation, and the Government of Switzerland on conflict-sensitive programming.

Zack has an undergraduate degree in International Relations from Middlebury College in Vermont, USA; a post-graduate degree in Security Studies from University College London and is certified by IESE Business School in Advanced Management and Organisational Leadership.
