Ahmed Kamal Badr

Ahmed is an International law Masters student at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. He has a law degree from Alexandria University, Egypt and a diploma in Global Affairs from American University in Cairo. He worked before as a Judicial clerk at the Egyptian State Council, and before that as an Intern at the National Council of Human Rights in Egypt, where he participated as a member in a delegation to monitor the parliamentary and presidential elections in Egypt after the revolution. He is currently working on his Master’s thesis which focuses on the Security Council resolutions authorizing the use of force in areas of conflict, especially in the middle east.
