Nick joined Dr. Paffenholz's team in 2014 to work on analyzing data from the Broadening Participation project. He is a specialist in large qualitative research datasets. Nick holds a master of international affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. He also holds a bachelor’s degree with honours in Anthropology and International Politics from the University of Melbourne, and has previously studied at Cornell University and the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. Prior to joining the IPTI Nick worked as a research assistant at the Center for Conflict, Development and Peacebuilding. His research interests include representation and state legitimacy in political negotiation processes.
